DELIVERY , RETURNS & REFUNDS
When you buy from FurnitureMenUK, delivery is FREE to most of the mainland England (Refer to the Area Surcharge diagram) .
(If you live in Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight or other areas of the UK not listed here then please contact us for a delivery quote.)
Most deliveries are made within 5 to 7 days, but sometimes delivery can take up to 10 days from placing your order.
We use only the best packaging. And we’ve partnered with specially selected, highly-trained professional couriers so you get your furniture undamaged and on time.
Buying from FurnitureMenUK also buys you peace of mind.
A few days before delivery we’ll contact you by text message and email to arrange all the details.
When your furniture is loaded onto the van, you’ll get another text confirming the arrangements – and giving you a link to track your furniture to your doorstep.
And then the driver will give you a courtesy call about 30 minutes before arrival.
Our couriers drive modern vehicles, wear smart uniforms and they’re fully-trained and know all
about the safe loading and delivery of your furniture.
And all our deliveries are recorded by CCTV for security, safety and reassurance.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. And we’ll do everything we can to make sure you are.
But if you want to return your furniture, you can do so within 14 days of delivery.
If you’ve just changed your mind, you’ll have to cover the cost of returning the item via our courier.
And please make sure the returned item is securely packaged. If the furniture gets damaged during the return journey, we will have to charge you for that.
FurnitureMenUK take real pride in our products and our operations. So it’s unlikely your furniture will be damaged during delivery to you or in any way defective.
But if it is, we’ll arrange a replacement item free of charge. And if a replacement item isn’t available, we’ll give you a full refund. (Of course, you won’t have to pay to return a damaged item.)
All we ask is that you get in touch right away when you spot any damage and email a photo to us so we can assess what’s gone wrong and try to rectify the problem.
Please don’t try to repair a damaged piece of furniture. We don’t accept liability for any damage or loss resulting from home repairs.
Just keep the damaged item in its original packaging and our courier will contact you to arrange a convenient pickup date.
